The Nave
	The nave is the main part of the church where the congregation of people who come to worship sit. There are rows of wooden benches called pews on each side of the aisle. People sometimes kneel on cushions to pray. The congregation might listen to the Bible (God’s special book) being read from the lectern or a Christian sermon (talk) being given from the pulpit at the front.
