Back The Galápagos Islands

The Galápagos Islands are in the Pacific Ocean. 18,000 people live on them.

The temperature is normally at least 22oC and there is often a thick fog.

There are ten main islands and nine smaller ones, all made from a volcanic rock called basalt.
